The ELDDS managed to clinch the Bronze award at the recent SYF Central Judging Competiton. Actually, despite many grievances from my juniors and peers, I am pretty satisfied with the results. When I took over as Chairman last year, the ELDDS was a total wreck. By end-December, we were only left with about 12 members. Right now, we have approx. 50+ members. This should spark a new era in the history of the ELDDS. Gone are the days where we had talented actors like Martin and Co., skillful debaters like Warren, Shiva, Bertrand etc. Now, we start from scratch. So i think our members should not harp too much on our past achievements and instead, focus clearly on improving for the future. My job is close to being over. I have picked up the ELDDS and maintained its presence. It's time for my juniors to get their act together and bring the ELDDS to greater heights. Good luck, VS ELDDS, to your future endeavours! The new blog design is quite cool. I finally decided to make a change after being sick and tired of the simple black background. It has been almost 3 months since i last posted, but still I am gonna keep this short. Will pen down soon.
