Looking Back,Seeing Ahead
Recently, I went on a spree to replace all the things that are spoilt. My handphone(the turn-top W550i which I regret buying) couldn't load up due to a technical defect, of which I had to go replace those faulty wires to enable it to work. Also, the leather on my adidas bag was starting to crack apart. Prior to that, the logos and everything came dropping off, reflecting the poor quality of the Q.C. After 1 month of so or waiting, the price of the Samsung U-600(Ultra Edition 10.9) dropped substantially, from the initial price of $698 to $398. This is how it looks like:

That was the first swoop that I had made. I realised the Western Lawn from Crumpler was a great substitute for the adidas bag since it is pretty small (Hahax, makes me look bigger!) I managed to get it at the store in Paragon for $95 ( I heard from Godsis after the purchase that her friend only got it for $85!) So, the picture below is a combined shot; of my new bag, taken by the new phone!
Here's another shot I took when i was bored and waiting for the car to start: And oh, I modded my PSP as well! It can now play downloaded games and on top of that, it has a totally new skin(Godsis claims it's so beng !No choice,it's the best I could find!) . The background is actually the cloth covering my hi-fi set.Lol! This morning, I was sitting down at the parade square, reading The Tale Of Two Cities when Mr. Pang approached me and said: "Bryan, congratulations on receiving a Speech Day Award." He then passed me the envelope containing the official documents. It's a pity, because 3/4 of the credit has to come from Mr. Chew, who left the school without a sound( Thanks Mr. Chew, for always insisting that poor grades are the fault of teachers, for all those lessons and invaluable experiences!) . He had taught me in Sec.1,2 and 4, so I will miss his lessons really greatly. The award is a school subject prize for Top In Chinese( Sec. 3). Very ironically, Chinese seems to be the subject which I am least adept at. And in this way, I will treasure the prize even more.
